If monitoring is paused

Open Home or run /vansa status to see the cause. Check that setup is complete, the bot is still in the source and review channels, and your connected Vansa key is usable. If the API reports insufficient tokens, add tokens and use “I added tokens, resume”. If you paused monitoring, resume it from Home. Messages posted while monitoring was off are not imported later.

Include your workspace ID, approximate time with timezone, the affected feature, and any case or request ID shown by the app. Do not send API keys, Slack tokens or confidential message text. Redact screenshots before sharing them. Support staff will never ask you to paste a secret into Slack or email.
