Vansa Bot is a Slack workspace moderation aid.
Vansa Bot is operated by Vansa.org in Lithuania, under the VANSA Labs brand.
Authorized workspace use
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vansa Bot.
Install and configure the app only for a workspace you are authorized to manage. Workspace administrators choose monitored channels, criteria, reviewers and the private review destination. Inform members about monitoring and the transfer of normalized message text to Vansa. Use the app consistently with your workspace policies and applicable obligations.
Human review
Checks use SI (Super Intelligence, also called AI) and may be inaccurate, miss concerns or lack context. Alerts require human review and are not findings of misconduct, legal advice or disciplinary recommendations. Vansa Bot does not block or delete members' messages. Do not rely on its output as the sole basis for a decision about a person. Delivery and checking can be interrupted; Home reports known coverage gaps.
Cost and credentials
Vansa Bot itself is free. You supply your own Vansa API key; checks use that key's tokens and are subject to Vansa's account conditions and current pricing. Keep keys confidential, connect them only through the secure form, and use the optional workspace token budget if needed.
The administrator connecting the Vansa API key must be at least 18 and authorized to use that account under Vansa's account and API terms. Vansa Bot does not verify a user's age.
Data and ending use
See Privacy and data flow for what is read, transferred and retained. You can pause monitoring or uninstall the app. Uninstalling begins the documented deletion process; messages and alert copies in Slack remain subject to Slack and workspace retention.
Availability, liability, law and changes
The availability and liability, ending access, law and disputes, and changes sections of Vansa's terms of service also apply to your use of Vansa Bot.
